The location, food and staff.
The air conditioning is not working, the water pressure in the bathtub was very poor and the bed was not comfortable.

Very nice place and with need of a lot of maintenance.
The location. Beach area is quite exclusive and easy to access. Breakfast and its service was good.
Maintenance of the room is bad. Small toilet with old flushing system, which was not working properly. Closet door were not running smoothly and not closing. Drawers were stucked.
